General cleanliness was very good and well maintained. However, the floors were sticky and dirty. I could not bare to walk without socks on. I mopped the floors myself. I stayed in two different rooms for a week and encountered the same problem.
I was next to some gangbanging couple that kept me awake until 4am. They intermittently came out to smoke Marijuana, smoked and coughed all night long. They were on the balcony spitting and hawking up flem. I believe the management should make a judgment call and be able to group like individuals in certain area of the facilities to avoid disturbing other occupants.

Great location, close to everything we wanted to check out. We popped into Noah's NY Bagels for some coffee and treats, just a quick 4-6 minutes walk from here, highly recommend it! ☕

Wifi fantastically fast and efficient. Helpful friendly staff. Huge rooms. Fridge and microwave in the rooms. Nice simple breakfast. Lovely stay.
Despite being called "Hotel" Stratford. This is not a hotel, it's a motel. The rooms lead directly outside. The front desk although 24hrs is outside talk through the glass only after a certain time. Makes it seem unsafe. Breakfast room very small. Room very dark with lights needing to be on constantly. Is a bus journey away from anything.

The hotel is clean. The team members are courteous and pleasant, with excellent customer service. There is a variety of goodies for breakfast. The room is modern and well-appointed, with a fridge and broadcast TV. The location is great, in a nice and safe area not far from the bay area, from San Francisco to Monterey Bay. The bus 22 takes you to Santa Clara Caltrain station, restaurants, and stores.

The outside of this building looked good but inside was horrible
Won't stay here again. Very old outdated and I was afraid to touch anything in this room.

It was very basic but suited my needs well. Clean, quiet, comfortable. I liked having the fridge and microwave. There is an Organic grocery store just blocks away, coffee shops and a good Thai restaurant. Very convenient location for me-- About a mile or so to Cal train and Santa Cruz University. Staff very friendly.
